Doped Zirconium Oxides

MEL Chemicals produce a variety of doped zirconium oxides for a wide range of applications. Dopants include yttria, lanthana, ceria and magnesia.

MEL Chemicals doped zirconium oxides are dense powders of high chemical purity, which are manufactured by the calcination of chemically precipitated intermediates. Stabilisers are introduced during chemical processing. Examples are given in the table below.

Other levels of stabiliser may be made available at customer request. Please also see our doped zirconium hydroxide product pages, as many of these products in addition to those in the table below can be calcined to a range of temperatures for applications such as TWC and Diesel.
